Circle of Life. The entire opening sequence is so beautiful, and the way the movie begins and ends the same way drives home the point. It's about family, love and the beauty of nature. I get chills every time I hear the first notes!

A new favorite of mine is "If I never knew you" from Pocahontas.
It was originally supposed to be the "love" song that played during the climax of the movie when she saves John Smith, but it was edited out and now serves as the song that plays during the end credits.
