So some of us may be old school still and only prefer to bring a magazine to read on the plane, and that's it. But What is it that you like to bring to Florida to make the most out of your trip? Entertainment on the plane? Like ipads, android tablets, ereaders, etc? things to help you stay connected once you're there, like laptops. Whether they're PC, or macbooks. You carry an ipod into the parks? Do you bring a dedicated camera/ camcorder? Or rely off of your phone?

For me, it's this. I like a pretty light loadout. So ipad 2 and my iphone 4s. Both of which are backed up to icloud so I can come home and look at all my photos I took throughout the trip right away. If it's a really long trip, I'll bring a laptop for the room. I only ever bring a music player to use on Space Mountain for my own soundtrack from time to time. But typically. All that's going into the park with me is my phone.

What do you guys like to bring? Help me come up with some brilliant ideas to get the most out of my trip.

I bring my Nook for reading on the plane, my laptop so I can put pictures on it each night, 2 cameras (one bigger and one small enough to fit in my pocket), and my trusty iphone so I can use my Lines app.

I just. Ring my phone and iPad,the iPad is a easier to carry through security than a laptop. But if we're going away for a long time I'll bring my laptop in my luggage.

I have an embarrassing number of gadgets, but I've been really paring it down when I travel lately. I didn't take my laptop on my last Disneyland trip, just my Kindle Fire (which is not incredibly impressive as a tablet or an e-reader; I barely used it at all). I think my next visit will probably be just my iPhone and a P&S camera. My fiancé will probably want to bring his Nintendo DS too. If one or both of us needs to work remotely, we'll bring our laptop(s). I don't think that will be a problem, though. As for the plane, I prefer just listening to music on my phone or watching in-flight TV to video games or e-books. I might bring a real book or maybe one of those books of logic puzzles to play.

ETA: And some days I don't even bring the P&S into the park with me. On our last visit, I used this smartphone wallet and some days that was all I carried. It holds my phone, a thin tube of lip balm, ID, KTTW and any other necessary cards I might need. It's nice to travel light.

I bring my Kindle Fire for reading on the plane-2 hour flight from CLE
My Canon Rebel XS and arsenal of lenses including a fish eye. Really excited to get more night shots at the parks this year...I am just a rookie still though ;)
I just got the iPhone 4S, so going to be doing alot of Instagramming! GrimmyLFC if anyone wants to follow

Used to bring my mini HP from Verizon and even my regular laptop, but with the iPhones its not needed to much anymore. I used to like to start working on my review right away, but now I take notes on my phone.

I'll bring a book to read on the plane, but I'll usually watch a movie on my iPhone. I have just a point and shoot camera but occasionally take pics with my phone too. And until recently once I got in WDW I didn't do anything on the computer/internet type stuff, but I do now that I have a decent phone.

We drive so we don't have any issues with carrying a million bags and we often come close! We always bring - iPad, camera, personal laptop, my iPhone, DH's iPhone, and DH's work phone (android, I think). Sometimes DH or myself will bring our work laptops depending on what's going on at the time.

maybe i'm a bit "oldschool" but when I'm on vacation I don't want to be bothered with any of it,usually i can't even be bothered to bring my cell, and a laptop is a definite nono,I can use all that stuff at home. However, that being said I'm actually bringing a cell phone on my next trip but thats mainly because my mom is going to be off doing her thing with my 9 yr old(it's supposed to be her trip with grandma),while i'll be off with the 7 yr old doing our thing. So it's coming along this time just incase .Normally the only technology I bring is my camera stuff.

I usually just have my iPod on me I use for the flights to and from Orlando. That's it for me though really. When I'm down there I use my phone for pictures that's about it. I don't ever bring much tech with me. Before I got a desktop computer I had a laptop but never brought it with me. I wan't as few ways to be bothered on vacation as possible.

Backpack: iPhone 4 (with charger), Passport / Wallet in case the Gestapo are all over me. Misc magazines, normally Shutterbug / BH Massive Catalog. Call me old school, but if I check luggage I pack a tee, some clean draws, and a pair of shorts... in case they lose my luggage.

Camera bag: depends on my mood, either a digital SLR with a few lenses or my medium format film Mamiya, which weighs 9.5lbs. If I go the film route I have a diesel lead lined bag filled with 120 film. I usually request a handcheck on the film, but these days TSA is pretty stupid and don't realize they still make film.

I bring a book, an iPad 2, my iPhone 4s, and this cool little Kodak Burton video camera. The burton camera is water proof so I was able to shoot some video of my daughter in the pool and my family getting soaked on Kali River.
