When I type in the word ________ for ________ Tracy, all I get is a big blank. Have you guys censored that word? Is that an evil word?

The word has a few different connotations and the forum software cannot differentiate between them, thus the word is censored. Other words (or parts of words) are also censored for the same reason.
It makes no difference whether it is used innocently or not, those are the rules.
Well, who makes the rules? The person who made this website shall hear of this! This is an outrage!

A friendly word of advice...
the person who makes the rules is the person who runs the website and even though he is a great person you don't want to annoy him...he has more important things to do.
If you cannot abide by the rules then you should find something else to occupy your time.
