Worst Ride In The Entire WDW --- Tom Sawyers Island (or maybe Magic Carpets of Aladdin a useless clone)

Most Annoying Ride (but still cute) --- It's A Small World

After riding Test Track once since my post here, I have to give it more credit. TT does such a great job at what it is. . . but I will maintain it as out-of-theme. (Definite work needed in the Post-Show - so much could be done here - and not in the spirit of the "future").

I will list it as favorite and least favorite for certain reasons that are obvious and to the fact that this would be an opinion and not a fact so defining the attraction as worst would be incorrect.

Favorite Attraction:
Expedition Everest - Even though this ride is not open, it seems to have a really good formula for itself, it seems the last ride to be built along with level was Tower of Terror, my favorite ride that is open.

Least Favorite Attraction:
Indy speedway- An eysore to the park, loud, smells like, gas, unattractive station, and a very bad ride. I don't understand why kids love this so much but this pales to Autopia.

It's becuase nobody understands the progress of the attraction. I wish the Imagineers would do something that would make it more apparent or bring in a Transcenter like area.

Anyway, as you may notice in the line outside, there are posts telling about the past, present, and (future?) of concept cars. Once inside the building, it goes to part testing. The individual components of the vehicles. The ride would be concerning the actual car test, the reason why it's called Test Track. Upon, leaving the ride, the guests find themselves in a car factory (I really really like this room, but not the rest of the postshow). After, the factory, there is the final show room.

I find this a neat concept but it doesn't seem apparent. Maybe a new Transcenter would be better.

World of Motion was an attraction of the future - the Pirates of the Caribbean of Epcot. And to see it REPLACED, rather than added on to, by an attraction that crosses over the "futuristic" line angers me.

Did you know? The World of Motion Transcenter Post-Show was the most photographed area in ANY area of Walt Disney World - including Cinderella Castle. Today, the post-show is a cheap GM ad with area music "Like a Rock" versus the originality conceived by the Disney masters X. Atencio and Buddy Baker (the Imagineers who brought you "Haunted Mansion" and "Kitchen Kabaret") brought to the pavilion in 1982.
Don't forget WoM wonderful AA's were annimated by Ward Kimbal, one of the last 9-old men. (Remember the traffic cop who does the double take? , ahh) A true loss.

Personal Favorites:
The real JII
Haunted Mansion
Rockin Roller Coaster

These are my favorite by park:

Magic Kingdom:
Splash Mountain
Haunted Mansion
Pirates of the Caribbean

Epcot:
Spaceship Earth
Jorney into your Imagination (the original of course)
Horizons-remember the orange smell? sigh
Listen to the Land

The countries-I love them all but Norway and Mexico are my favorites (due to the rides) I love the food in France and I get teary eyed every time I watch the American Adventure montage. It's wonderful.

MGM
Tower of Terror
Rockin Rollercoaster

Animal Kingdom
Count Down
Safari
Rapids
It's Tough to be a Bug

I love each and every night show and don't know if I could ever choose between Illuminations and Spectro Magic

The Indiana Jones ride in Disneyland is hands down the best ride I have ever been on. The ride experience and the level of detail are unmatched. Worst ride might be when they first redid Journey into your Imagination, or maybe Kali River Rapids.

The worst ride, in my opinion, is "It's a small world". Now before I get blasted for this, please understand why I have chosen this as the worst ride. We went on this ride in early 2000 and we got stuck for over an 1 hour and a half. :brick:

We were stuck between 4 different countries and yes, they were still singing the song (in different languages) the entire time. It seemed to get louder as time went on. You would think that since the ride was temporarily broken, the music would be turned off during the time. Geez, I had such a big headache when I finally got off the ride. I swore to never go on that ride again, but that will probably change when my children want to go on it.

As for my favorite ride, it has got to be "Tower of Terror". I really enjoy the theme as well as the ride. I really enjoyed the "Alien Encounter", even though that really isn't a ride. That was probably my favorite show.

24 days to go :sohappy: :sohappy:
