What's the one thing you HAVE to have on your visit to WDW?

So I have my first trip coming up this Halloween and I am making lists like there's no tomorrow (on my phone, laptop, scraps of paper...). I have plans to make my final list soon, but wanted to know, what is the one thing you HAVE to have when you visit? (I have the sweet potato nuggets from the Golden Oak Post down!) I really don't want to miss out on any hidden gems ^_^ And wanted to know what you would all pick, and why

I definitely need to have an Ice Cream Martini over at the France Pavilion again. My mom's must have is cream puffs from France (or BOG), and my sister HAD to have funnel cake and a turkey leg.

Not really 'hidden' but a gem nonetheless- dole whip. I thought I would hate it so I got a pineapple vanilla swirl the first time and now I have to have it every trip.

absolutely must have the trail's end buffet breakfast. if we're talking just one piece of food it's the mickey waffles.

A chocolate covered mickey mouse rice krispie treat is my must have. I make a pretty strong effort for a crepe in France and beignets at POFQ too.

A dole whip is just the ice cream.
A dole whip float has the ice cream on top of pineapple juice. It's really refreshing!

If you're on the other side of the park (dole whips and floats are offered in Adventureland), you can grab a nice fruit smoothie in Tomorrowland at Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies. They have strawberry banana, orange and raspberry I believe. You can find all menus at www.allearsnet.com. The items listed in blue have pictures of the food/drink.
