Whats the fate of the Fountain of Nations?

I know I say this allot and have made numerous threads but now it's getting really bad. They really have to drain this fountain and get to work now, they are really letting it go. Is this going to be another thing they take it away from us, will they do a big refurbishment or is it going to have a zombie run where all the fountains break one by one to the point where its just music and maybe a few splashes? I would like to see an overhaul with swerving oarsmen like they have in World of Color but you know what the price of that one is... new music and it wont be like the music they use now, I can tell you that.

Weird, didn't look bad at all just 2 weeks ago when we were there. Looked a lot better than your video. We stop to watch all the time. 4 different times this last trip.

Various amps and speakers have been blown for years and not fixed.
20 year old speakers, fountain jets, lights all probably running off some computer that came out before Windows 95 was released and Mackintosh Performa's and Packard Bell computers were the most advanced piece of household technology known to man kind.

I would love to see that setup. It'd be like stepping back into EPCOT Center.

I didn't spend a lot of time checking, but it seems the speakers may be getting some love. Was there Sunday, and the speakers toward the south side (closer to WS) seemed to be far better than I've heard in some time. Of course, the large blocks at the Innoventions East and Innoventions West archways still seem mostly dead. One can hope.....

Watched the fountain this afternoon. Seemed to work as it always does, and the music accompaniment was loud. Enjoyed it as usual :).
