So I am bringing 3 of my 4 kids to the World for their 1st time.. this is huge.. their FIRST time.. they will be days away from 6(boy), almost 8(girl) and 9.5(boy)..

I want to make a list of what rides/attractions are our must at almost any cost do's...then one if we have time, and one can wait til next time. I also want to plan as if I won't get them back before the are adults ( cus it will have been almost 11 years between trips..so this is a very real possibility)..

So.. what would be on YOUR list if this was you? I ask because it HAS been 10 years.. ten long years and as much as I have learned, gleaned and remembered.. I still want input from people who have been there more recently..LOL

Do the Pirates League for your boys and the BBB for your daughter in Magic Kingdom - I like to do PL @ 3, BBB @ 4-4:15 ish, then make an ADR at Cinderellas Royal Table for dinner around 6-6:30 so you still have plenty of time to see parade & fireworks.

This is expensive, but completely worth every penny.

AK - dont miss Festival of the Lion King, and Kilamanjaro Safaris
Epcot - Soarin, the Character Spot and spend some good time in the countries (your kids would enjoy the Kim Possible missions)
Hollywood Studios - Tower of Terror, TSMM, and DONT miss the Animation Academy
Magic Kingdom - Pirates of the Carribean, Haunted Mansion

also - if you get to Downtown Disney, visit the Silhouette Artist in the Marketplace!!

Have a great trip!

Why don't you look at the on-line maps with them and let them determine what is a must see? They are old enough to tell you what they are interested in.

Ya gotta catch their faces on camera at the opening show at MK..(a MUST DO for me on my daughter!). Of course, as many rides, mine with the Tea-cup ride. Parades. I HAVE to have the camcoder on when Tink comes out for the fireworks at MK at night! Good luck and just have fun!

Its a Small World.

Once the kids turn to be tweens, they will never be caught dead on it. So, you have a last oppurtunity to get them to see the ride. The music will stay with them for years, and hopfully evoke a love to hate relationship with the ride. When they grow up, they will take their kids (your grandkids), not because the ride is great, but an excuse for them to relive their youth.

Love them when they are young enough to know its cool being loved.

When I took my boys in 2007 for their first time they were 6 & 9 (almost 7 and 10). We had friends who are CMs send us park maps but printing them out online will work just as well.

Go thru each park with them and let them choose what they would like to do. My kids loved doing that and it got them interested about the rides. You may find out they want to do it all. My kids got a "Disney bravado" when we were there and did every single rides/attraction regardless of the thrill factor. It is possible to do most everything depending on if you'll be there for at least 9 days if you plan well.

IMO, I wouldn't do the Pirate's League nor the Bibbidi BB as I think those will take up lots of time that could be used to do other multiple attractions. Take lots of pics and enjoy every second.
