What's happening with the thread: "Brazilian tour groups? DEAR GOD NO!!!!" I just can't view it anymore... I received an email that there was a reply, but the thread just won't open. Has it been deleted, or have I been blocked from it?

"Cross the line" is just an expression - if you say or do something that is too offensive you are said to have "crossed the line" - that is gone past an imaginary measurement of acceptable behaviour.
