What's a "nesian"?

So where does the term "nesian" come from? As in polynesian, indonesian, micronesian? Do all these people have common ancestors? Or is it a geographic description?

I just discovered and read through this comments and the “five year old thread” guy is a little harsh. It’s probably even older than that now and I just found it. It’s amazing where google searches will lead you. That’s the beauty of information; once in print it will always be available to us. Now buy my product….lol j/k
