Yeah but you're recording in ridiculous HD and when the shot is 1920px wide... sure you can take a screencap and have it be really nice. Most people's camcorders won't do that (letalone cameras)

On a side note, i learned all about H.264, Sorenson Squeeze, On2 VP6 and other various things about Flash video encoding. Talk about confusion.

right now I'm using wmv for mmy videos .. but all mac users have issues with this (for obvious reasons) .. I'm still trying find a solution to let sony vegas render in 2 pass(only wmv has this option build in) without the hard way of an intermediate format (like lossless coding) ... but back to topic :)
