It would make a HUGE difference if they were updated. Disneyland did that in California and they're pretty impressive.
I was talking with a monorail "Pilot" a few years ago in Florida and he was telling me that they were planning on adding a line to go to and from the Orlando Airport. Everything was in place for them to do that and Sea World wanted a spur added for transportation to their resort. Disney responded by saying that was fine but Sea World would have to pay for their own trains and their share of the track/beams going to their resort. Naturally, they wanted it for free so it seems that this was shelved a long time ago.
I personally would love to see something like this happen. It's no secret that I'm a HUGE advocate for the monorail system and feel that the potential is barely realized.

Later park hours to at least match what Disneyland does, if not more. $ per hour, there is a much greater value to DL.
Definitely re-open the passage through the castle.
Trees back in the circle in front of the castle.
Expand the monorails and provide clean modern trains.
Re-invest whatever it takes($ to remove alligators) to make the water sports a real thing in the seven seas lagoon and other water areas, again.
Remove the carpet spinner ride from Adventureland. Open the plaza up again and restore the Tiki Room
Give WDW the Space Mountain it deserves. Every iteration of Disneyland's blows away that of Florida.
Dedicated airport on site.

I'd bring back Great Movie Ride, Alien Encounter and Maelstrom

My ideas for the Fantasyland expansion would have included- a Bambi dark ride in the vein of Pooh (sliding on the ice with Thumper, escaping the forest fire, exc), a super psychedelic Alice in Wonderland dark ride with modern FX themed on the original animated film (could also work in the UK pavilion), a Fantasia/Sorcerer's Apprentice dark ride (could also work in Hollywood Studios), a Cinderella Dark Ride, with the vehicles as carriages going to the ball and then spinning around the room during the ballroom sequence, or bringing some form of the Matterhorn to Magic Kingdom. They obviously couldn't do all of these, but any one of them would have been better than a Tangled bathroom or the half baked Little Mermaid ride.

For EPCOT they can expand the WS as much as they want and should try to include regions they haven't already included. Kenya or South Africa for sub-Saharan Africa (maybe with a Safari for Kenya or a HoP/American Adventure style salute to Nelson Mandela in South Africa), UAE or Saudi Arabia, plus Israel for the Middle East, Australia, Brazil, Puerto Rico or Jamaica for the Caribbean, or Russia (probably not going to happen right now given the existing politica situation, though). Attraction idea for the already existing WS countries are the aforementioned Alice ride, or maybe a Beatles themed RRC type thing in the UK, a dragon themed rollercoaster in China, and a Da Vinci flying machine or Roman chariot race themed thrill ride in Italy.

This never would have happened and won't happen now given the licensing issues, but a Casablanca dark ride could have been a signature attraction at MGM/HS. It could be in the vein of their other classic dark rides where you go through the key scenes of the movie with top quality AA's, and then end it with a light thrill ascent as you follow Ilsa's plane into the sky with the sky filled with beautiful stars and Casablanca beneath you you like London in the Peter Pan ride. Have a re-creation of Rick's Cafe as an adjacent restaurant serving French/Moroccan food with Sam coming out to play As Time Goes By every so often, waiters in white dinner jackets, Rick occasionally making the rounds to check everyone's tables (but of course not drink with anyone), and maybe Peter Lorre getting chased out by soldiers once a night. There could also be a photo-op themed after the final scene on the runway. A whole Casablanca mini-area essentially, again, not that they ever would have done that.

I'd also like to see them utilize the tech for Flight of Passage in more themes. An Aladdin flying carpet ride for Adventureland, An X-wing themed ride for HS or Tomorrowland (maybe including shooting elements) another Peter Pan ride, or a Paul Revere's ride themed thing where you're getting chased by Redcoats on horseback for Liberty Square (not that there's room).

OMG - Please - - - bring back some retro rides - - - - - - - there are LEGIONS of fans that would line up for hours just to get a peek inside and ride a childhood favorite - - - year after year.

or a new ride that was along the same lines as the old ones, did they ever have a Pinocchio ride?

I image a Maelstrom like track with a Pinocchio theme, it would be so neat to get swallowed by a whale, and have a the ride plunge (is that the right word?) down like you are going down the throat of the whale, see a little campfire on a raft, and then go backwards fast as the whale sneezes you out..

but unfortunately, within a short time there would be signs saying
"Due to the various ages of guest on the ride, please refrain from shouting either EAT ME! or BITE ME! when coming to the whale scene."

I know this is extremely selfish!!

But I kinda prefer that the characters roaming the park (the autographs + the pictures) is something that was available when I was young and not available now that it effects me very little. (no kids)

As I said though this is a pretty selfish thought, I just think the old pictures and old soundless movies in Disney World have more meaning in memory

I miss Mickey's Toontown fair.....without Disney afternoon TV programming being your babysitter, I think that would be pretty meaningless

6. I never got to experience The Adventurer's Club, but I've seen videos and it was awesome. Revive it and put it in Adventureland someplace.

7. Bring back the Animation Courtyard and ditch the Star Wars garbage. The last film proved that the franchise is running on nostalgia fumes, plus I heard it sucked (of course I didn't see it. Han Solo, Luke and Leia are all effectively dead, so screw Star Wars IMO).

8. Get rid of the puppet show in Liberty Square. If TDO has to keep it, put it in Playhouse Disney for the toddlers.

9. I agree on keeping the Magic Kingdom open longer at night. It's so awesome when it's lit up.

10. Fix the Mermaid ride so that it doesn't look so cheap and hokey.

11. UPDATE PETER PAN'S FLIGHT.

It's amazing really, how different we all are. I'm not picking on you Magenta, but almost every single one of these points, I disagree with; some of them emphatically. The new queue for HM is awesome! ...and the new hitchhiking ghost effect is good too. I do agree that a HM restaurant might be nice - if it's done well.

The original Journey Into Imagination ride was boring. :jawdrop: There I said it. Granted, the new one is worse - but let's don't act like the original was some incredible attraction that was always stacked up with people...because it wasn't.

I agree with TT & Spectro. ...and I fully believe that Spectro will return eventually.

The Frozen ride is semi-awful. The face effects are terrible and the ride itself looks like they planned it out in 20 minutes over donuts. I don't object to IP being in the World Showcase so much, but removing the kewl Maelstrom for this is unfortunate.

The Adventurer's Club WAS awesome, and I got to experience it several times, but each time it just felt too good to last. I do wish some derivative of it could return.

The puppet show in Liberty Square, IMO, is the best addition to the Magic Kingdom since Splash Mountain. Really, I think it's absolutely sublime: funny, inspiring, educational. It's awesome. Make sure you see both of the shows!

What's wrong with the Mermaid ride? It looks like the rest of Fantasyland - better even.

Yeah, they need to fix the Yeti.

Now my entry: if I could be heard by Imagineering, I'd say this:

1) Please go back to creating content for the parks that aren't driven by IP. The place is sooooo much more interesting that way.
2) Find a way to bring back Main Street U.S.A. to it's pre Walmart phase. Even returning it halfway to it's original state would satisfy me.
3) Stop bringing new attractions to the MK. Build the Tron coaster at DHS. Maybe this is why the theatre was halted? Keep building at AK & DHS, and for Pete's sake, get to work on Epcot TOMORROW. Forget about the MK for awhile. It's great. The other places are hardly worth the price of admission (which is why the MK is flooded with guests).
4) I'd love to see an Enchanted Tiki BAR. Yeah the bird show overhead, with cool liquor drinks underneath. AWESOME.
5) Bring back the Diamond Horseshoe Review: a western show/dinner. The MK needs more places to eat, and so does Frontierland.
6) Mike Fink keelboats.
7) I don't have to have Alien Encounter back, but a scary show is a good thing. Think of it as another HM...

I could go on. Maybe they'll hire me? :)

you beat me to it. i was about to suggest bringing back the tapestry of nations parade. it’ll be nice if they bring back parades for AK & HS as well.
