While yes IPs such as frozen and finding Nemo really don’t belong in the park, there is still quite a bit of IP attractions that people like such as Cosmic Rewind or Ratatouille. I’m in the small category that actually liked Moana Journey of water, not only was it a fun experience but it did teach people about the water cycle.
Ratatouille could be revamped. Heavily, as the original attraction has few redeeming qualities. For one thing, make the experience educational, I feel like an original storyline could actually work here, about something like the Tour De France where Remy and pals have to cater for it, or a prequel about how Remy learned his skills. Adding some simple figures (not necessarily full animatronics) to the ride would change a lot, for example.
