What would you do ???

Staying @ POR in early June with a big group including some Disney 1st timers, with all the talk about closing some sections of the mansions and the riverside would you consider moving to another resort, maybe trying for an upgrade to a deluxe if a good rate is there or staying put as we were lucky enough to get the POR for $ 74 (AP). Finally, we stayed there in 2000 and loved every minute of it. Thanks for any help..........

I would stay there. If they are going to close enough of the resort that you would have to move, let them notify you and offer you the deluxe lodgings at a huge discount.

FWIW, I think Pam is right on this. If they have to break your heart and move you, it should be on their nickel.

I agree, that rate is awesome, why not extend the stay?
