I always try to plan to be spontaneous.

Try a new resort, and try some resort restaurants. And take the time to concentrate on taking pictures.

Staying at a different resort.
Eating at different restaurants.
Planning my days and meals around EHM.
Going to Mickey's Christmas Party.
Watching ALL the parades - last year didn't get to see one.
Seeing the Osborne Lights.
Spend more time savoring the magic and less time rushing around like a nut.
Going to Toontown to get my picture with Mickey no matter how much DD18 grumbles about doing "little kid stuff."

Try another restaurant that I have not dined in.
Fish more at Fort Wilderness.
Relax at the parks more.
Ride EE at AK.
Go swimming.

Easy, I'd spend more vacation time there like 10-14 days versus the 7 I usually do. Agghh if only vacation time was unlimited as well as the money that grows on trees!

I would not make the mistake of going to Universal....

I would take a "pool day". Feet were really hurting. I have a real hard time with blisters and need to take a day off.

I would not go anywhere near EPCOT on a weekend during F&W Fest!
