What was your first Disney ride ever and WHY???

Same here!Only it was the mirror for me...That thing is freaky!

In Epcot it was SSE Irons version.I was only 4 but still got goosebumps!I will miss that ride soooooo much.

My fist ride was IASW in 2001 when I was 25. I knew I wanted to go to the Magic Kingdom first because it was the original and I really am not sure why I chose that ride first. Probably because it was an original ride that was still there.

In 2002 my DH was ToT. I think my first ride was in 1989 and I wanna say it was Space Mountain.

My first ride was Snow White's Scary Adventures. I remember my brother freaking out when the witch popped out. Ahhh...those were the days back in '92.

It was Test Track! My DH rode it and I was waiting for him with our two younger children outside. The ride swap cast member let him come out and get me ( I thought I didn't want to ride it, I guess) because in his words "you've got to try this". I was like whatever until that last bank and a giddy giggle burst free. All these trips later and I still bust out in glee on the track!

My first Disney ride was when I was 2 (2 years after DL opened), and don't know if it was the first ride, but the first one I remember was the Story Book boats, and floating into the Whales mouth. Also Rember riding the skyway. WDW was Honeymoon in 1975, and am sure we road the Train around the park first, just to see what all was there.

The first ride I ever went on was Snow White...and it really scared me! Apparently, I found the park scary as a whole the first time I went with the exception of only a handful or attractions. I also remember my parents bringing me on the Haunted Mansion and was beyond scared of that too. Don't know how I've gone from being so scared to now being so in love with the parks! lol

Gosh...I don't know what my first ride ever was. I guess it depended on whether we were at the MK or EPCOT. I do vividly remember riding UoE and SSE when I was about 5 as well as IaSW, the Carousel, and Peter Pan. I also remember seeing Illuminations for the first time when I was 5.

me too!!!!! thats what i remember too!! the monorail with the topiaries and the if you had wings. also, the 20,000 leagues, but the only difference is that it was my gramdparents who took me. but I think I was about 6. they still had the ride tickets.

I don't remember....

I can call my Mom and ask but she will go on and on about how hot is was and how heavy I was to carry around...blah, blah, blah.

And she probably won't remember, either.

The first ride I remember is If You Had Wings. I also remember the monorail when it went over the field that was full of shrubs cut into the shape of Disney characters. That was also a favorite...looking at all the neat-o shrubs. I thought when I grew up we would cut our shrubs into disney character shapes. Not. :lol:

The first ride for me at wdw was Spaceship earth-was everyone in my familys first trip to Disney and we'd read up and decided that out of all 4 parks we'd probably like Epcot the least so we wanted to start there. Being the newbies that we were we headed straight for SSE! It was awesome and I make sure that its the first stop on all wdw trips now!
