What was that hotel....

Looking at this WDW guide and in the Downtown Disney hotels area, it shows a hotel labeled "Courtyard by Marriott" and it's a building about 13 stories or so tall (gauging from the picture).


But a search on Marriott's site yields no results. I've got one at Vista Centre, one at the Marriott Village, and one in the I-drive area. But none of them are this particular hotel. It just doesn't exist on Marriott's website.


So I'm assuming that the hotel changed ownership. So, who now operates this hotel and what is the name?

For those who have the WDW map with the downtown disney hotels in it, is the one on the far left between the Hilton and the Hotel Royal Plaza. It has a red roof on it.

It's now owned by Holiday Inn, it's now known as the Holiday Inn at the Walt Disney World Resort! http://www.wdwinfo.com/downtown/ :wave:

Also, it's closed now for repairs as a result of hurricane damage. It's not expected to reopen until sometime in 2005.

I believe it is the Hotel Royal Plaza that is closed for repairs, the Holiday Inn is open.

The WDW Holiday Inn states:

"From October 22 through December 31 our hotel will be temporarily closed for remodeling."
