What to wear?

Just curious on what I should wear to the WDWCP interview. (I'm a girl)... so a nice skirt? All out suit? Khaki pants and a nice shirt? What did some of you girls wear? My interview is in April and I just want to get a head start on the little things.

Thanks a lot!

Though there is no correct answer, I'd say... it depends where you live. If it's warm/cool enough to pass with a skirt then go for it. Otherwise, a nice shirt and black pants. A suit is always good. I wouldn't suggest khaki's... that's a step down. Remember, this is a Fortune 100 Company. Dress for the best because that's who they want to hire. Your recruiter will wear a suit. You don't need a suit, but it can't hurt... they want someone who they believe will fit their style.

Best of luck! Are you going for the Fall CP or a Professional Internship?

A dress suit (pants or skirt and jacket), pressed black or grey pants with a dress shirt or blouse, a plain dress skirt with a dress shirt or blouse, a professional dress, etc. You could do khakis and a polo, but that might be pushing it a little. Don't glob on the makeup and wear just a few pieces of jewelry (one necklace, one ring, one pair of small sensible earrings, a watch). Also, if you wear a skirt, wear a slip and pantyhose!!

Excellent advice.

I would not even consider Khakis.

Good Luck to you!

Thanks for the replies everyone!:D It helped a lot, now I'm not stuck wondering what I'll wear. I'm going for the fall CP, & I think I'm trying to be a lifeguard or work attractions... but I'm not 100% sure yet.

honestly i know when we host presentations at my school people wear anything.

We do not interview right on the spot and I believe most are now phone interviews.

But I would go with Business Professional
