actually pressler was very good for the disney stores as the stores flourished under his reign. i am excited about pressler heading the gap because the man has a very good retail sense and i think we can expect good things to come from him. we got the call from our DM this afternoon, he was pretty excited.


pressler just didnt understand disney theme parks, he tried to run them as a retail store and you can't do that with theme parks.

I bet the stores do extremely well. Pressler was not a bad person or bad businessman, he was just in the wrong place. If they had kept him in merchandise he would have done fine. He was just not suited for the theme park division.

I don't like the Gap. Their clothes seem so tight.

I like Old Navy a lot better...except for RUGBY shirts! :dazzle:

Gap is already struggling...pressler is a retail guy...they brought him aboard to fix it ...lets see how he does....
