What to do about the Speedway?

You could always just move Dumbo again. It could be placed more towards the back of the park. Opening up possibilities for future expansions. By connecting Storybook Circus with possibly a new land (villains). Just like they plan to do on the Left side of the park with Frontierland (or New Orleans).

Thus opening up even more land for Tomorrowland as well.

Wouldn't Alice and Mr. Toad both jut out into Tomorrowland and make them visible from Tron? More importantly, how would they ease the transition into Tomorrowland?
For Alice, since's in the southwestern side of TLS, I'll add some adult trees to hide the showbuilding from Cosmic Ray's and Star Traders.

As for the buildings being visible from Tron, I say add some canopy's on top of Toad and Alice's buildings and have it extend to the roof of the TL Pavillion.

I thought the rumor was that there would be some kind of villain land out past Big Thunder (along with those themed to "Coco" and "Encanto"). Also, I like to try and minimize the relocation of attractions if at all possible. The Speedway is an exception because it's not futuristic and takes up a great deal of space besides.

You would need more than a few trees to hide the attraction buildings. My idea for the Pinocchio ride would at least use big rocks to try and hide things.

Also, I believe they have actually banned arcades from the resort, so that would not work in this arcade idea of yours.

I vote for the “add a new dark ride to Fantasyland” idea. You could just disguise the show building on the Tomorrowland side to prevent it from sticking out.

Or, if there’s enough space for TWO dark rides, have a Fantasyland dark ride and a Tomorrowland dark ride back to back.

I think there might only be enough space for one, and frankly, I have too many good ideas for that area. Also, if you built it for the Fantasyland side, how would you be able to hide the building so it doesn't stick out in Tomorrowland? It would be plainly visible from both Cosmic Ray's and Tron.

If you can't hide it, you could always disguise it. Have the part of the show building facing the Tomorrowland side look like... some sort of futuristic building?

Another of my ideas for this area besides a Pinocchio water ride is a dark ride themed to "Mickey and the Beanstalk".

I've actually thought of that based on the shocking news that "Magician Mickey" had inexplicably been removed from the Disney Plus streaming service, and as such, has made me wonder about the idea of doing the Mickey dark ride on Main Street anymore. I had been trying (albeit not very well) to try and base the content in the ride as much on the cartoons on the streaming service as possible.
