What time does registration open?

I'm planning to run my very first runDisney race this year - the Tower of Terror 10-miler! I know what date the registration opens, but does anyone know what time? I'm really nervous about it selling out quickly, and I've already planned a girls weekend w/ some friends around running it, and I've started training. I want to be online and ready to go the second registration opens! Thanks for the help!

Normally it's at noon EST on the day of registration. Good luck!
