What time does breakfast start?

What time do the character breakfasts at the resorts typically start? Also if the park opens at 9:00 what time do in park character breakfasts start?

I'm not sure about the resort breakfasts. I can tell you that we always get an 8:00 a.m. reservation for Crystal Palace at MK on a day when the park doesn't open until 9:00 a.m. You just go up to the gate and a CM will ask if you have a reservation and then they will direct you to the line. I think it was about 7:45 when we were let in. This is GREAT because we always get some really good pics of the kids on Main Street in front of the Castle with no one else in them. Hope this helps a little.
