What time can I get in MK for MNSSHP?

Only 39 days till my next visit to WDW! I can't wait. Question, we are attending MNSSHP on 10/2. We are not going to a Park that day - just to the party at night. My question is this, what time can we get in? I know the party starts at 7, but I thought I remember hearing you can get in after 4pm. The reason I'm asking, I made dinner resservations for The Plaza at 4:35. Will they let us in? Thanks!

Unless you are visiting the Magic Kingdom that day, you will not be admitted until the start of the party at 7. Otherwise, you must have both admission for that day and your MNSSHP ticket. If you go before the party, they will set up wristband distribution locations and scan your MNSSHP ticket and give you a wristband saying you can stay after closing and until the end of the party.

If you are just going to the party, you can get in at 7 or after.

it's actually at 5 they start wristband distribution you are then directed to one section of the park to enjoy the rides up till 7. one year it was tommorowland and last year was liberty sq and frontierland

Yeah, I also advise getting in the park early so there are no problems with the rush around 7.

I've heard from more than one person that you can start getting in around 4. We're going on Sept. 15 and not going to the park that day and I plan on getting there around 5.

You ticket is active at 4pm!!!! If you get there before then, you will have to wait at the turnstiles until 4pm and then they will let you in you will get your wristband then and a trick or treat bag. I too had 4:30 reservations last year and it worked out perfect. We got there just before 4, waited until they let us in. We hoped on the train for the roundtrip back to Main Street. And then off to dinner we went. After dinner at Tony's we walked towards down Main Street. We were directed towards Frontierland, and need to show our wristbands at a few checkpoints. We stayed in Frontierland until just before 7pm and then the park opened up to go through at our will.

Yup, 4 PM is correct! I can tell you from personal experience. Last year most of the members here told me 4 PM was the earliest I could get in and I took their word. Showed up at the gate at around 4:10 PM and had NO trouble getting in whatsoever. Of course, things could always change but I hear that 4 PM has been the time when they start letting you in for the parties for years. Have fun, it's a blast!
