What the heck is "The Beverly"?

I was reading on a website that in Innoventions they have a place where you can sample soda from around the world. One of the tips was "Beware of the Beverly!" What is this and what does it taste like? I think I might try it even though they say its awful! lol :lol:

It's not in Innoventions...it's in Ice Station Cool...and yes, they have free samples of different CocaCola products from around the world. If I'm not mistaken, Beverly is the name of the soda from Italy...and I agree...don't drink the Beverly :lol: (Ice Station Cool is where the "snowmobile" is parked next to the Fountain of Nations in Future World)

If you can walk on water you can handle Beverly. It is a nice refreshing drink. Carbonated, but refreshing. Drink the Beverly, it is your friend, drink. Let us know what you think

My wife is Italian and she can barely stand it. It is an appertif, something to drink to open your stomach b4 you eat. Sure works. I vomit every time I try it. :hurl: :hurl: :hurl:

Just a warning...outside the exit are both some bushes and a drinking fountain. Those are favorite locations to puke after trying the Beverly. Don't drink from that drinking fountain. My recommendation is to find a drink you like first, get a cup of it, and then get a cup of Beverly (the best I can describe it as is tasting like dandelions), take a swig and if you are about to puke, wash it down w/ the good stuff...

Oh, you have to remember to post your thoughts after you try it. Try it you MUST. The flavor cannot be put into words. What is sad are those of us who are returning guests that try it again to remember how it tasted just because you cannot believe some people actually like that stuff. But, like I said, you MUST try it once.

I've tried it every time I've been there since Ice Station Cool has opened. Not only have I tried it once when I go, I try to get at least two cups full of everything. Mezzo Mix on the other hand, I'm filling my resort mug with it this time. I'm not letting everyone else in my party know that it tastes like :hurl: but they will find out on their own. It's got a distinct flavor. Some like it, some don't. I don't feel either about it, it's just....well...Beverly! :lol:

Umm, that would be the ginger ale. The actual name is Krest Ginger Ale. I like that one too. The Lift Apple isn't bad either.
