What ride(s) can you absolutely not miss during a Disney trip?

So, we have a thread recently posted here about meals that you absolutely can't do a Disney trip without.

What about rides? What ride or rides must you do every trip to Disney?

Pretend you walked into the Disney park(s) and were only able to do those rides that you absolutely have to do and left. What would those rides be?

I actually have 3 which are Space Mountain, the Haunted Mansion, and the Peoplemover.

What about you guys?

We count the monorail as a ride, but not everyone does, so back to the question.
It takes multiple and long days at each park, but we do get all these in on each trip unless the attraction is closed.

Haunted Mansion and Pirates are staples. Space Mountain more than Big Thunder but ideally both.

I know we've had a good trip when there's been time to hit Tom Sawyer's Island.

SSE is the only critical one at Epcot; Soarin' used to be before the new film/score (and one of the reasons we stay close to MK is to take the monorail to Epcot)

TOT and Everest if we make it to those parks

I agree with everyone else, but I have a ride I MUST go one every time we're at WDW...Prince Charming Regal Carrousel...Yeah, I know, most find it a cheesy, non starter ride, but I grew up in Maplewood, NJ, home of Olympic Park, the amusement park the carrousel came from...I was told by my late parents that as a 18 m.o, my mom took me on that ride...it's a MUST-DO for me on every trip.

Small World-my younger grand kids favorite
Speedway-for my grand sons
Splash Mountain and Thunder mountain- for my older grand kids.
Pirates- for all the grand kids
Peter Pan-for the grand daughters
Haunted Mansion-for all.
People Mover for the serenity, peacefulness, and views of the park.

My favorite ride is the bus ride back to the resort at the end of a long day.
