If I'm not incorrect the phrase from the Great Movie Ride is actually:

"Fasten your seat belts It's going to be a bumpy night" and it said by Bette Davis in a clip from "All About Eve" right before it goes to a clip from I think Indy with Harrison Ford (though it could be Star Wars, things are fuzzy at the moment).
