Ok heres one for ya......

What song or songs reminds you of WDW?
For example when I was stationed in Texas(USAF) I drove to DL with some buddies and as we pulled up to DL "Hotel California" came on the radio so now every time I hear this great EAGLES classic I think of WDW or DL.....

There are non-Disney songs out there? Where to I find this so called music.

Sorry, I've been listening to the Fantasmic soundtrack in the car all week. I can't even think of any other music right now. :animwink:

This is totally a cop out, but Five For Fighting has a song called something like "Disneyland." The end lyric of the song's chorus is something like "It's a fine day, to wake up in Disneyland." Having never been to Disneyland, however, I just think of waking up in Disney World. :D

Black Cat by Janet Jackson and Hot! Hot! Hot! by Buster Poindexter.

I used to hear both of them at Pleasure Island. They've been 'Disney-fied' in my brain!

Anything Jimmy Buffet (because of Typhoon Lagoon)

"Walk this Way," "Sweet Emotion," and more from Aerosmith (because of RnRC)

And some random movie themes because they play 'em in MGM

The song from the live action "Peter Pan" since they use it constantly in their Year of a Million Dreams ads.
Anything played as BGM in Disneyland or Disney World (ie. Behind the Waterfall, California Girls, Bonanza, Superman, Harry Potter, etc.)
All the real songs used for Food Rocks (Every Breath You Take, The Twist, etc.)
And another song Disney used to use in their Disneyland ads in the late 80s - California Sun.
When it comes right down to it, there are tons of non-Disney songs that remind me of Disneyland or Disney World.

Freakin Mambo #5 because when I first heard it played in WDW, I said to my friend "They play THIS here?!" Then I heard they had changed the names to Disney characters.
Weird.

When I was 16 I went with my grandparents to WDW.Now these are the 2 dorkiest songs known to man kind but everytime I hear, which isnt alot ,since they are 80s songs but I think of WDW.One is "cherish the love" by Debarge an d "saving all my love for you" by Whitney Houston.....

EVERY TIME we got into the car no matter what time of day for the week we were there these two songs were on the radio. It was kind of weird to be honest.:lookaroun

Does anyone remember a song from the early 90's, it was a pop song that went something like

I just wrecked my car today, I'm going to Disneyland. There were other lyrics but everything went back to - I'm going to Disneyland/

Kind of in a roundabout way, but here goes: Our WDW trips always conclude with a trip to the beach on our drive home. On our first trip, I was sitting at an outdoor cafe on the beach when Don Henley's Boys of Summer came on. Just seemed like the perfect song for the moment and mood I was in. Now, that song always reminds me of the beach, which always reminds me of WDW trips! But alas: "Don't look back, you can never look back."

you must be thinking of 'Dizz Knee Land' by Dada ;)

Somewhere over the rainbow played on the ukulele. It reminds me of a man in the Polynesian resort that plays it. For a while that song was played in a cheerios commercial and every time I saw it I thought of Disney.
