I don't understand why people want stuff from the other parks. I want original/amazing rides. I don't want clone copies of whats in other parks.

I'm not hating. I love Duffy. I think he's great. But DL and WDW have plenty of stuff in common. But if you want Matterhorn, Pinnochio, Casey Jr., and other classic rides then you go to DL. They can't make carbon copies of theme parks. There just isn't a clear point to it. I'm going to Disneyland in August because it's a different park. I wouldn't go if our Magic Kingdom was directly like it and the only difference was a couple rides.

1. More Star Wars in DHS!!! A dark ride based on all 6 films, Creature Cantina restaurant, living character initiative m&g's with Darth Vader, C3PO, ewoks, etc... Doesn't EVERYBODY want this?
2. Australia in AK. A ride similar to Kilimanjaro but thru the outback(There's gotta be room for that, right?) A big "Ayer's Rock"... kangaroos, koalas, etc. And then a heavily themed area with restaurants, live music, etc.
3. A couple D or E tickets brought to existing countries in WS... the ones that have been mentioned for years (Rhine River, Mt. Fuji) or something else would be fine.

But the main difference is basically "a couple of rides"! Mainly the ones missing from our Fantasyland. Let's face it, if MK was missing Pirates or Mansion or Splash or Space or Thunder, lots of people on here would want those rides added to the MK. But because my favorites missing from the MK are supposedly lowly "C-tickets" from Fantasyland, people keep saying we shouldn't have them because Disneyland does. Seems like a major double standard to me! When the MK gets rid of all the other so-called "clones" that were adopted from Disneyland originals, only then will the argument that we can't have these Fantasyland rides because Disneyland does, hold any water IMO.

Now, of the MANY rides that are common to both parks, there are differences (some major, some minor) between all of these rides on both coasts. This I can agree with, and would be more than enough to make me want to visit both parks, as would the variations of themes and layouts of the parks themselves.

But like I said, I wasn't looking for a debate; I was just answering the OP's question honestly. I wasn't expecting people to object so much to my wishes and faves just because Disneyland has them!

I agree with the fact that it would be ok if we had the same ride but different things in it. Like Haunted Mansion Holiday for example. I would love to go to Disneyland for that because we don't have that here. But there are several rides that Disneyland has that we don't have and I know a lot of them are classics but that's what makes Disneyland great and Disney World. We both have classic rides but each Magic Kingdom is original in its own way with rides. The reason why we both have Pirates, Thunder, Splash, etc. is because those are staple rides. Those are rides they know our popular. Disney can definitely put those rides in every park. But the rides that surround them are unique in Magic Kingdom and Disneyland.

Yes, and for my taste, the Fantasyland dark rides that we are missing are among MY staple rides, with regards to my own tastes, which is why I listed them as being on my wishlist. I'm not suggesting that everyone else should feel the same way or that the majority do, I'm just explaining why I listed them as being "my project Z". even though Disneyland has them.

I understand that. My whole aspect of it is that those are Disneyland's staple rides. Those are rides that people love and go to Disneyland for. I could see how someone who lives closer to WDW would want DL rides here. For me though my project Z would be a dark ride for Sleeping Beauty with up-to-date technology and amazing animatronics of the great characters in the movie to replace the SWSA.

I was just stating that i want originality and fresh ideas in WDW. There is (almost) unlimited space for everyone's dreams to make every Disney park amazing. And hopefully everyone's wishes will come true. :)

I am totally against the parks copying each other. I don't want replicas. That being said, I would like to have Pixar Place at DHS have so much more. Pixar Playland at Disneyland Paris has lots of rides. I don't want copies, just more rides. Forget meet and greets,, I want rides!

Oh and of course the obviuous Project Z of my dreams - Beastly Kingdom!!!

1.) Save Figment - his current ride needs help
2.) Universe of Energy needs updating and that means getting Ellen out of there and update the info on Energy
3.) Bring back the original Tiki Room
4.) SGE goes away and put in a Wall-e attraction in instead.
5.) Expand Pixar Palace for Up! and Monsters Inc.

TOONTOWN!!!!!

MK neeeds a toontown! I think its absolutely ridiculous that the 5 are getting kicked out for a circus land!

Give us a new toontown with a brand new ride full of animatronics of the 5 including daisy and every other disney character you can cram up in there!
