What is your most favorite AA figure in the parks?

The Hitch Hiking Ghosts from the HM, all the AMs in Peter Pan's Flight ex. the Lost boys sitting around the fire, the chickens in the Barnstormer (one was broken last week so he would just jump up and down all day), the sleeping pig in Pirates, Old Uncle Orville in CoP (NO PRIVACY AT ALL 'ROUND THIS PLACE), all the Dolls in Small World, Timothy Mouse on Dumbo, and pretty much all of WoM ....... and so many more........

Hmmmm. This thread seems oddly familiar.....

Anyway, I'll have to say S.I.R. , though I would love to have seen the Phil Hartman version (if it really does exist), Captain Rex, and William and Morris from the Enchanted Tiki Room: UNM's Pre-Show.
