my all time fave is definately Sci-Fi! it's been a while since i've ate there, but hopefully i'll get to this June! you just can't beat sitting in an 'old car' watching clips from old sci-fi flicks! i also liked Alfredo's in Italy.
in terms of fast food, i love the Plaza Pavilion pizzas! and the cheese quesidillas (sp?) from the cantina outside of Mexico. also love Pecos Bill's, Casey's Corner, and Backlot Express.
do food courts count on this too? if they do, Dixie Landings (aka PORS) has the absolute best!

At the resorts: O'hana
At the parks, sit-down: Akershus (though I haven't tried quite a few I'm sure I'll like...I usually don't want to spend the time or money while I'm park-ing)
At the parks, counter service:
1) Cosmic Ray's (though they lost a few points when the jalapenos disappeared from the toppings bar)
2) El Pirata y el Perico (because they still have them!)
3) Sunshine Season Food Fair
4) Pecos Bill
5) Columbia Harbor House

MGM & AK don't have quite as much to offer restaurant-wise, IMHO.
