The first one that comes to mind is/WAS, the chicken curry bowl at the ABC Commissary at Hollywood Studios. I know people slam that place, but that meal is super filling, and very tasty.

Another favorite is the African stew over at The Mara in the Animal Kingdom Lodge.

I agree with those here about the rotisserie chicken meal at Cosmic Ray's.....way better than I expected it to be.

That's because they're grown right there. Very clean tasting too, thanks to the hydroponic growing techniques.
All fruits and vegetables should be grown that way, but I guess we'd be paying a pretty penny for it $$$ ( not that we don't already, especially organic).

What is your favorite individual meal in all the World? It doesn't have to be your favorite QS restaurant, only your favorite meal.

We haven't done a lot of quick service in our trips, but my favorite meal hands down is the chicken and ribs combo at Flame Tree Barbecue in Animal Kingdom. It's great food in a large portion for a good price. My wife, on the other hand, would say the fish and chips at Yorkshire County Fish Shop in EPCOT is the best.
Any other suggestions?
Lobster Roll from Columbia Harbour is tops for me. I saw what I hope is an excessively early April Fools joke that it has been removed from the Dinner menu.........

Someone told me you can get chicken fried rice at Yak & Yeti for a snack credit. She said the portion was easily enough for a light meal. Sounds good to me!

I had the chicken fried rice and pork egg roll for lunch yesterday - AMAZING!!!!! The rice comes in a traditional take out container (likely a small size) for most chinese take out. One of the best (inexpensive) meals I have had this trip.

Recently visited so I have to update my answer-

My absolute favorites this trip were the Roasted beet and goat cheese salad at Sunshine Seasons and the Lamb Shawarma platter at Tangierine Cafe.

Difficult to have just one favorite - since there are so many REALLY good QS options -

AK - Nothing beats the rack of ribs from Flame Tree (with extra sauce of course!!)

MK
- Have to go with the rotisserie chicken meal at Cosmic Ray's or the braised pork at Be Our Guest

EPCOT - Shawarma platters from the Tangierine Café

DHS - The chicken curry was my go to at the ABC Commissary - but no more - and nothing new really stands out.

DTD - The Original at Earl's or the spaghetti & meatball at Wolfgang Puck Express

HOTELS - -The Indian options and the Pastrami Burger at Art of Animation, the pulled pork sandwiches with Asian slaw at Captain Cook's, Fajitas from Pepper Market and the absolute best lobster roll at Contempo Café (makes the one in Columbia Harbor House look like a Subway wanna be...)

You really can have a great meal variety using counter serves
