The way we handle the parks is a little different; usually we'll walk around, check out the newest changes, and eat lunch or snacks when we get to the park in the afternoon, and save the rides for the evening and EMH when the crowds have died down.
Magic Kingdom
First attraction is usually something in the Frontierland or Liberty Square area. As of late, it seems to be Country Bear Jamboree more often than not. It's a good way to unwind and get in the cheery mindset for the day ahead.
Last ride is usually either Pirates or Mansion. Pirates really leaves the best taste in your mouth, and riding Mansion after midnight, when you've got the stretching room pretty much just to yourself, is INCREDIBLE. So either one, really.
Epcot
First, we usually walk past the Fountain of Nations, wait for and watch a fountain show, and then walk around World Showcase touring the pavilions. This could take us hours.
Last, we'll usually soak in the serenity of a near-empty Seabase Alpha, and end on Spaceship Earth on our way out of the park. It's sort of Epcot's "kiss goodnight" - SSE can really make you feel optimistic and cheery about the future.
DHS
We don't usually spend a lot of time in DHS. It seems like we'll start off with a show, and end with something like Star Tours or Great Movie Ride. More often than not, though, we like to stroll down Hollywood or Sunset Blvds., admiring the neon and doing some last minute shopping.
Animal Kingdom
First is usually Kilimanjaro Safaris, when the animals are most active. As for last, I really don't think we have a set tradition here. Might have to change that.
Hmm, writing this makes me realize we're really relaxed park-goers...
