We are planning a trip to WDW in 2011 and have two different dates we go;
November 10 - 16, or
December 14 - 20,

Which week would be better as it realtes to;
Weather
Lower Crowds
Decorations

And any other factors???

Thanks!!!:xmas:

This year we visited WDW Nov. 6 - 13 and it is my new favorite time of year to go. The decorations are up, we attended MVMCP, (which is wonderful) and the Osbourne lights were great. Crowds were not huge. It was very enjoyable, low, low humidity, but still in the high 70's and low 80's for swimming. :xmas:

Your Nov dates will have lower crowds.
Your Dec dates will have more holiday events like Candlelight Processional and Holiday around the World. (in EPCOT)

The weather will be variable, but most likely it will be slightly cooler in Dec.

Onsite hotels should be the same prices for either date.

Hope that helps!

Not all holiday decorations/events will be up and running before Thanksgiving. MK and MVMCP will be in full swing, resorts and the other parks may be a bit later. I think most people were surprised how early the Osborne Lights started this year as there were a bit later in the past.

But as a PP said, the crowds will almost definitely be bigger the week in December, so its a trade off.

Does anyone know how the last weekend of the F&WF is as it relates to crowds? Will the final weekend crowd just impact EPCOT or will the other parks be affected? Thx.
