What is the best option to replace Windows Moviemaker when going to Windows 10?

I trust the community here to help with this one, and I would like your input.

Windows 7 came with Windows Moviemaker, and I used it extensively over the years to make simple videos for church and other purposes. (Mostly good slideshows for events, but sometimes for promos.)

I am now on Windows 10 on a new computer, and they did not include Moviemaker in Windows 10.

I would like a replacement program that is as simple and intuitive, if possible. What do you all recommend?

It is a good time for an upgrade, perhaps, and I don't mind learning new programs... especially for modern videos; I just liked how intuitive it was, and easy to use on the fly. So I am open to your suggestions.

One other program that went away in the upgrade was Office Picture Manager. I often used it for one-touch "automatic" correction of photos. So, perhaps your suggestions for the Moviemaker replacement might include or relate to that, as well. But my main concern is a replacement for Windows Moviemaker.

Thanks.

One Little Spark...
For simple videos, try this:

https://www.openshot.org/

or this:

https://filmora.wondershare.net/video-editor/

For more complex videos, without going for a full Adobe Creative Cloud membership (which gets you Premiere and After Effects, specifically), I would suggest Pinnacle Studio.

If you do use Pinnacle, you may also want some video conversion utilities... I suggest Wondershare Video Converter.
