What is the Alice in Wonderland thing in the Epcot Experience concept art?

In the Epcot Experience video loop, there's a moment in which one can see a Wonderland-like setting with giant chairs and lanterns. Any clue as to what this is? Also, I notice Kevin from Up. Is he just going to be a roaming character? I don't have pictures on me but I wish I did.

Kevin's a girl, actually. At least if Dug is to be believed. And isn't she already a roaming character at Disney's Animal Kingdom? I dunno how she'd fit into EPCOT, though...

I don't understand why they'd bring her to EPCOT though. Maybe Brazil fell through and they are building a Venezuela pavilion.

That's what I mean. That's why I started the thread because I don't think I've seen anybody talk about this but it very much is in the Epcot Preview Center loop.

All the countries that have a character that originated from said country have a meet and greet there as well. Alice meets in the rose garden at the UK pavilion.
