What is Roy really saying?

Just trying to get all of my facts straight because everything is everywhere and not in one place.

He says there are many problems with the way the company is being run. He talks about changes and improvements. He wants shareholders to with hold their votes. He supports the comcast merge because they are paralleling Roy's argument.

Is that right?

You're pretty much right, though I'm not sure Roy is actually supporting the Comcast takeover as much as he's agreeing with Comcast's points of why Disney is currently failing. But I'm really not as sure about his take on the whole Comcast thing -- maybe someone else knows more about this than me.
