What is Pirates & Princess Party?

OK can someone please tell me what exactly is the Pirates & Princess Party? From everything I'm reading it sounds like it happens after MK closes but where is it held? Do we just walk around the park? On the www.allears.net site it says something about dining but when you click on it nothing happens. Someone please back up and tell me from the beginning everything about this party!!!! Thanks so much.

The Pirate and Princess party is a special event that is held in the MK after the park closes. Almost all the rides are open, there is spots to get candy and "treasure", there is a special parade and fireworks just for the party (the fireworks are amazing), and special characters. A lot of fun. I have done 3, and hope to do a 4th in March.
