But what exactly is DVC? I know it's owning a part of Disney, but I'm still kind of confused.

I'm nineteen and far from becoming a member, but I'm still curious.

Other questions:
1) What are the benefits?
2) What's the cost?
3) Are there any limitations? (If that makes sense)

And anything else you want to add.

Disney Vacation Club is simply a Disney-operated time share. The main advantage is you're pre-paying for vacations for many years to come. The main disadvantage is you're stuck with it if your financial situation changes for the worse [God forbid!]*.

The pros and cons have been argued extensively, suffice to say: If you're considering it, do your research and make an informed decision.



* you're not exactly "stuck with it" there are re-sellers who can help you sell your timeshare to others.
