What is better...

depends on what area of imagineering you want to work in. if you prefer concepts and eg elevations (how it will look), choose the second one, and if you want to focus in engineering (how it will be built), well, you get it:cool:

Basically just follow what michael92 said. As in my case I want to be an Engineer fo Imagineering. So I would have taken a Major in Engineering and a Minor in Art.

If you worry about getting a good job that pays a decent salary, then engineering.
If you don't care about money and just want to do something you love, choose art....

Exactly so really no matter what type of job you pick, your most likely going to like it since you picked it, and your going to get paid.

It doesn't matter what degree you get, WDI is home to over 200 different types of jobs. The fact of the matter is WDI takes the best of the best so you shouldn't need to worry about pay if you're good at what you do. If you're only looking for money then I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a career. Most, if not all imagineers aren't in it for the money. As for degree's don't assume that just because you have a degree in Engineering and or Art degree you're in. One of my friends got her college degree in journalism and now is working in the structural engineering (contractual) department at WDI. Now tell me how does that relate to journalism???? There are many roads and avenues to becoming an Imagineer and trust me when I say that none are easy! Good luck!

I hope to become an imagineer someday. I wan't a major in engineering and minor in art.
I'm in it to shape the place that I've come to love and not for money.
