I don't foresee the Yeti issue having ever happened under his watch. If something had failed like it did, the ride would have been closed and a new Yeti would have been installed overnight.

But we can all dream of the good 'ol days......

If the Yeti had broken down under Walt's Stewardship he'd have made a Yeti costume and he'd have personally taken it's place in the ride until it was fixed. And for every day it wasn't working he'd eat a cast member.

Now that's a proper boss, hands on and knows how to motivate.
