What if Disney parks and Universal parks combined?

Yes
Lots of business structural issues would have to be addressed, such as which company would divest themselves of their parks as a merger of Comcast and Disney wouldn't pass regulatory review. It would also cause massive layoffs of middle management that are duplicates.

:rolleyes:People always ruin others' ideas with logic. You know I wasn't intending this to happen. I was just wondering what a park made by both Disney and Universal would be like.

There would definitely be a lot of great Marvel attractions. Since Disney wouldn't be held back by contracts. The Streets of America would have been a perfect location for it at Hollywood.

Plus "The Great Movie Ride" would have truly been GREAT. Since they'd have Ghostbusters (which was in the early concepts for it), Jaws, Back to the Future and King Kong to play with.

Would we pay $249/day to hit one park in GoogleLand Orlando in 2037? Maybe? I’d have a harder time coughing out the extra $149/day for Park hopper. Covers all 8 parks and is the only way to take Tesla tunnel transport from Lake Bueno Vista to Dr Phillips via the 4.4 minute attraction called Electric Wormhole. The parks are all only open 11am-7pm. Earlier and later hours are separate ticketed ‘events’. APs are $3k and only valid during onsite stays.

Lol. Fun to think about but a little scary 😄

The thing is competition actually leads to the creation of lands and parks. If Disney didn't have competition there probably wouldn't be as many things we know and love.

Yep, completely accurate. Hollywood, Animal and their recent lands (Fantasyland, Pandora, Star Wars) all seem to be a reaction to Universal's recent additions.
