What have I missed?

Hey! It feels like forever since I've last been on this site.

My family is taking their first trip to WDW since 2010. We're going August 11-18 (I know, I know...)

I'm usually the one who plans everything--I already have a pretty solid itinerary, but I'm just wondering what has happened since 2012 (when I stopped keeping up obsessively with WDW-related matters)? I'm familiar with all of the blatant changes (new Fantasyland, etc.), but are there any things I should know about that regarding WDW tips/secrets/whatever? Or even things that I should just know in general, in the event I've forgotten some things about WDW planning?

I'm attaching a copy of our itinerary here, so if you have any ideas as to how we can make our trip smoother (in August that's probably best anyway), let me know!

The biggest thing that comes to my mind is the replacement of fast pass with the Fast Pass+, not sure if you knew about that, but it's different now. Have a good trip!

Got your FP+ sorted, got your ADRs sorted and know what you want to do each day-sounds like a fab itinerary. DTD changing to Disney Springs. Lots still to do before finish date next year but might want to check it out. Have a fab trip.

We arrive on the 13th. As stated above, FP+ is the biggest change. Test Track has changed a lot, too.

If you haven't ordered your free WDW DVD to see the changes and updates yet, you can watch Stacey's Must-Do Disney 2015 on YouTube. They edited in segments of the new stuff.

Have a magical trip!
