What happened to Dixies Landing

What has happened to Dixies Landing, 2 year ago we tried to book there, it was sold out, and after our latest visit, I could not find it on the map.

They changed the name from Dixie Landings to Port Orleans Riverside.

And Port Orleans is now called Port Orleans French Quarter.

So if you want to stay in Port Orleans, you have two options, Riverside or the French Quarter.

Dixie Landings merged with Port Orleans and which PO became the official name of the resort. Dixie Landings is now called Port Orleans Riverside and PO is now PO French Quarter.

There is a new resort being built near the Boardwalk, If you go out the main entrance of the Boardwalk, turn left towards Old Key West, and then turn right it is being built there, anyone know what this is.

From the directions you gave, I think your talking about the POP Century resort construction.

The Pop Century resort is next to the Caribbean beach resort.
