What good things are happening at Walt Disney World?

I will add another one: took my family to Hershey Park and was surprised how many rides were either for toddlers or thrill seekers. There was maybe 1-2 rides my whole family could ride. That is the Disney difference.
I agree but it also depends on the makeup of your family. For us, we don't travel with the grandparents. It's just my 5 year old, 17 year old and wife and I. Hershey and Cedar Point is great for us. We are all big thrill seekers.

I really like all the walking to be honest. I walk really fast, and it often can be wonderful to walk (not run) and really be a thrill for me to be one of the first people in line at the park. I also really truly enjoy all the wonderful face to face interactions with all of the great cast member who greet me. Everyone from the wonderful security, all of the people at the front of the park and all in the park, the tasty restaurants, and so many of the each and almost every cast members that have been oh so very nice to me inside the park. Thank you!

Nothing. Prices are going up, souvenirs are through the roof. Talk about MK: Did away with Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain will be down for at least a year, they underrated pleasure of walking through Frontierland along the water will be gone, the paddle boat will be gone, rivers of america will be gone, basically Frontierland will be gone. It all started with cancelling the bakery in favor of Starbucks, then Splash Mountain.

Been here four days at four parks so far on a 2 week trip. I haven’t seen anything that disappoints. Guests are smiling, laughing, enjoying their families. Crowds have been less than expected and every wait time so far has overall been less than posted.
Yes Dis is an expense but once you’ve saved for it it more than delivers. Dis hasn’t promised
less than they give.
Had 2 excellent TS meals, 1 acceptable and 1 not up to standards of last trip.
Haven’t encountered any less than pleasant CM’s and have actually had a few go out of their way to assist us.
I hate to see some favs go away and excited for what follows.
