What gets you in the Disney mood?

So, I'm just curious. Do you have any random things you love or reminds you of Disney that wouldn't be the first things that come to your heads? Like, weird small things that are really everywhere but not many point out that they care that much about it? Maybe something that really gets you in the Disney mood? You randomly remember it after every trip and just can't wait to see it again?
For example I love the Must Do Disney videos that play on the default channels at all the Disney resorts. For some reason I love those and every time I get in my hotel room I turn it on and it really gets me in that Disney mood! I have also heard of people remembering certain queues or places in the parks that just sticks in their heads and reminds them of their great trip somehow. What's yours?

Honestly, probably the music... but I would say the site makes it worse. I love WDWMagic when I have a trip planned and am just waiting, but if you're trip-less you start noticing peoples trip reports and all that jazz and it puts me in a bad mood lol

Getting on here.:D
The last thing I put on every morning is a piece of jewelry that bought in WDW, a watch, earrings, bracelet, and/or necklace, doesn't even have to have the Mouse on it. My co-workers already think I'm a Disney freak so this is my special way of having my addiction without having to explain it to them all the time.
TES!!!!!!! That and watching Disney movies, planning videos and working out!

We have a disney character calendar in our kitchen. At the beginning of the year we fill it out with all of the dates and special events we plan to attend. There is usually a planned visit every month, we also do a ton of spur of the omens day trips. Walking by and glancing at the calendar on a daily basis keeps the "magic" going and gives the kids something to look forward to.

My good friend is a bartender so every once in awhile we have her make us the Magical Star Cocktail that they serve at the different restaurants on property. Of course, it doesn't come with a glowing ice cube nor are we ordering it in Mom's kitchen at 50s Prime Time Cafe (the place we first had this drink) but it bring a little Disney magic to our life :)

And also for as long as I can remember, my family uses the phrase "It smells like Florida out!!" It usually happens on spring mornings that aren't too hot and aren't too cold. It just literally smells like a morning in Disney. When you first leave your hotel room and head to the bus or your car or the food court.... I can't even describe the smell... It just smells like Florida (more specifically to us, Disney!)

Remember, everyone - the first step is admitting you have a problem! :D

I have a sweet ceramic coffee mug with Mickeys all over it that I picked up at the Disney Institute many years ago... A great reminder every morning.

Getting to WDW involves driving for a few hours, and we are frequent AP owners. Consequently, a long week of grueling events gets me in the mood for a Saturday morning drive to Lake Buena Vista.

More than anything it's listening to park music. I'm very music-oriented in all aspects of my life. Certain songs have the ability to instantly transport me to memories. With Disney, when I'm there I take a second to listen to the music and commit it to memory. I remember the music at Epcot in future world and when I hear it, I'm there: I feel myself walking up looking at the fountain, turning right to go through the tunnel, past the character meet & greet, peeking in the windows to see the characters, looking to my left as I get through the tunnel to see Chip and Dale, and beyond that the upside-down waterfall, then looking straight to start going up the hill, past the strollers on my way to get fast passes for Soarin'.

I remember the music in Tomorrowland and when I hear it I'm walking on the bridge looking up at the Laugh Floor sign, when all the sudden I hear the people mover above me and look up just to catch the faint sound of Roz saying "Keep in Moving", I look to my left and see the 5 min wait for SGE and think to myself "surprise surprise."

I can watch You Tube videos all day and my brain doesn't fall for it - I know this is a computer screen and I'm watching through somebody's video camera. But, when I hear that music, I'm there.

Well, the smoker out back hasn't been used in a long time, but every now and then it smells like Rome burning. Everyone else smells remnants of wood that was burnt a couple of years ago, but me...yeah, I can close my eyes and envision SSE. I got a sniff of something the other day that smelled very much like a WDW water attraction just before you enter the area where the scent is at its strongest, but for the life of me...I can't even remember where I was. I know I was standing there getting ready to go into a chorus of YoHo, but yea...can't recall where on earth I was.

I have a similar thing where the smell of wood burning always reminds me of the lobby of AKL. It's funny how smells are so deeply ingrained in our memory.

It used to be that when a commercial for WDW came on t.v., I stopped in my tracks and wished I could go, but now it isn't an occasional commercial for WDW, they are on all the time, and it doesn't feel as special. (of course, I still want to go)
I think now I've got that feeling because my husband told me to start watching airfare prices for September....Yay!

Could also be my rotating PC desktop wallpaper that is nothing but various places in WDW......changing every 10 seconds that really gets me going. Could be...
