Its the break NJ has for the teachers convention in Atlantic City. It is also cancelled this year due to Sandy. Idk if the break is still on for this year. A lot of schools couldn't open this week anyway.

and you would be surprised how many teachers go to Disney during that week. There are more teachers in Orlando than Atlantic City too! Gov Christie urged the schools to stay open to make up for storm days, and we see how that went
