What does it take to get the dvd?

Since 2004 I have requested the DVC dvd no less than 6 or 7 times and I have never received it. I know that it can now be viewed online, but having the wife and me huddle around a small monitor is not really the experience I want to have right before making a huge investment.

So the question is, is there something special that you have to do to get the dvd? Is Disney somehow reviewing the request and only sending it to people they feel are likely to purchase? What is going on here?

I have requested the standard parks dvd several times and received them.

How did you request, via online? If you have not tried yet, call the DVC member services. (800) 500-3990.

Where do you live? DVC is prohibited by state law from selling in some states, and if you live in one of those states, they can't send you materials.

If you like I can give you the name and number of my Rep. He was great and I am sure will get it right out to you. If you prefer not to call, PM me with your info and I will get him to send you out a kit.

When I spoke to our rep I asked him to send us the book with the DVD, he warned me that usually they dont send the DVD's to the UK as they are region 1.

I can dig out our rep's number if you want?
