I know tons of people do food, and I saw the trash can album, which is brilliant lol. But what does everyone else take pictures of?

I plan of taking pics of all of my food, but I want to start to "collect" something else also. Having a brain fart though.

I like to take scenic pictures in the parks, groupings of plants and flowers, signs etc. I also try to remember to snap a picture of our food and there are some spots in Epcot I take a picture of my son every year.

Pretty much everything. On my upcoming trip I'm going to start a collection of the giant resort floor mats since I have adr's at 4 resorts. Been meaning to it for a while.

I love taking pics in Epcot, and I specifically have a slight obsession with taking pics of Spaceship Earth. Just look at my Flickr and you'll see what I mean! :ROFLOL:

Some people have an eye for photography and have the time to set it up. WDWFigment is one of those people. There are many people here that take amazing photos. For me, I take pictures of my daughter and things that just catch my eye. I simply do not have time to setup a picture. If I get a good one, it is by pure luck.

My daughter with all the characters, signs, pavilions, castle, spaceship earth, anything that is framed with trees, bushes. Things that are nostalgic to me,
It is so easy to snap your camera all day!

I take pictures of EVERYTHING. Usually my parents want pictures of things with me in them, but when I get a chance to take photos I usually just take them of everything, especially my favourite things.

Everything. I don't care how that makes me look like a crazy clueless tourist, I take pictures of everything remotely cool that I see.

I take pics of everything except my food for some reason. My favorite is taking pictures of Main Street and Adventureland. I also try to plan before my trip what I want to focus on. I usually forget about it while I am at the world but its fun none the less.

Trash cans :D

But in all honesty, the better question is "what don't I take pictures of?" Photography is my hobby, and since I live so close, I'll visit just to take photos, nothing else. It's a great place to learn and improve your skills, and it's always fun to capture something a little random or different. But I do love my Disney trash cans. :)

As many others we take pictures of EVERYTHING! After our 8 day trip this past July we came back with over 800 pictures that we took and almost 200 photopass pictures. I started taking pictures of our food this year because my new camera has a "Gourmet" setting specifically for that.

I like to take pictures of problems in the park instead of enjoying myself.

I find it really enhances my fanboy discontent...:lookaroun

For my next trip I have decided to take pictures of just about everything. Picking out a specific theme is a great idea, I am on that.

Well if you're looking for something to collect that's in each park, why not try pics of "lamp-posts" in each park? Each park has a unique design. There's also a thread going strong on these boards with "Signs from Around the World". Why not collect some pictures of the signage on property? There are a ton of them and many of them are clever/unique. Not to mention the classics! Finally, ever try hidden mickey pictures?

Good luck!

I have quite a few pics of pavement.

yes...on purpose!

There are so many interesting surfaces...like the gem studded pavement around the flying carpets, to the leaf embeded walkways in POR...I actually like to take pictures of the different things beneath out feet!
