What do you do with all your pictures

I have all my digitals on file in the computer, and I've backed them all up on CD's. This year I used several of them to make a calendar for us so I can see them all the time. I also use them for wallpaper on the computer.

Good question! Here at EpcotServo's R&D Department, we take the finest and worst pictures I take, cram them into our Foto-Graphical Spectralize-er Unit, and then pair the pictures with the finest, most random ramblings and captions to better suit the modern update-going crowd. After the De-bugging and Riff process we then add the freshest grease by-products on the market. After it's mixed together and baked at 9000 Degrees, we then Re-digitize the result through our Tron-a-matic device, and it's then fact checked by flying elves. After it's gone thorugh the Sarcasm-o-mat we bring the new, finished, EpcotServo Update directly to you through the wonders of the Intertron. Next on How's It's Mades?, the Steam Cleaner, product of the Space Age!

I suggest you use Photo Epson. They have a limit to how many you can have, but it works good for me.

I've been using Google's Picasaweb for my online photo albums. Picasaweb used to give you 250Meg of storage for free, but its now been upgraded to 1Gig of storage for free, and you can embed video clips within your albums. (And for anyone who maxes out the 1Gig, you can upgrade your storage space for a fee)

Here's a joke album I did, a "Photo Essay of the Lampposts of World Showcase" :animwink:

I also use Google's Picasa as my photo management software, as the EasyShare software I had from Kodak was horrible.

Download them all, save the good ones to a disc and print them - they all then get put in an album and sit collecting dust until we book our next trip and get the old photos out to whet our appetites.

While I enjoy pictures of family, I also like to take pictures of the archetechture and 'magic' found at the parks. I separate family into an album, and then further class pictures into their own folders. I have Characters, Castles, Trains (and other transportation), Parades, and a generic Magic, which may be anything from a cute detail to a hidden Mickey, a flower or a bird doaring over the Rivers of America. I do this on a MacMini hooked to my 50" plasma and use the folders as a screen saver so whenever we are not watching a show or movie, or playing Wii, we can enjoy the images.

I put them on my PC. I then print out the best pictures. I then put together a DVD with my pictures and put them to music.

I back them all up on a CD-R, then edit and move the best to a screensaver folder on our Mac. I've got about 90 photos (Grandkids at Christmas, WDW, the zoo, Washington DC) that cycle through the screensaver. Everytime we take photos, I add the best to the screensaver (and it reminds me to get prints ordered - it's been reminding me every day since New Years...:animwink: )

That's what we do. We are always looking for item to fill a scrapbook. The GF and I took over 1000 pictures on our last trip. We do a mixture of film and digital. We cull through and throw out the bad shots. Good shots end up in a formal scrapbook. The remainder will go in a simple photo album.

We catagorize the pictures by trip and by park. We keep CDs and folders full of photos. We don't shoot video.
