What do they mean by an OUTTB room at GF Resort - Theme Park View

so which building are we likely to be in when staying in an OUTTB room at the GF?
any recommendations?

i cant say for sure but i would assume it means outer building. There is the main building with the lobby and outer buildings....think poly but bigger.

If you don't get an answer here, a phone call to the resort asking what the heck that abbreviation means, or even an email, so it is in writing, would seem advisable.
