What Disney character do you wish to meet but aren't seen at all?

I would love a meet and greet with Brer Rabbit. I know the costume exists. Would it kill them to drag him out in that meet and greet area by Splash!?!

Also, not sure if this was said but the Steamboat Willy character from the Fantasmic boat would be way cool!
